Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided.
In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are of the type that can be opened and closed and are called coach beds, the participants in the tour declare that they accept the potential congestion and bed types that may occur in the rooms for group reservations of a 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply for a single child who meets the age group, staying with 2 adults.
The included services in the tour program, breakfasts at the hotel, are typically served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, suitable for the country’s breakfast culture and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guiding narration inside the vehicle, excluding entrance fees to museums and historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The agency is not responsible for cases where panoramic tours cannot take place due to local authorities not permitting visits on the specified tour day and time or due to road closures caused by any events. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot in places where vehicle access is not allowed.
Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours cannot be conducted or the prices, contents, and vehicles used for the extra tours may vary depending on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions.
Participation in extra tours is not mandatory and is at the discretion of the participant. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip accept waiting at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were left after the tour is completed.

In our promotional and early booking campaign tours, guests cannot cancel or change.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before existing trips and flights. The agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the trip with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fees.
VISA
There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel is sufficient for visa applications.
Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport issuance date is older than 10 years must renew their passports; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or flights by the airline company may not be carried out. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
The passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
To avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if the country applied for a visa requires one for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Guests under 18 years old may be asked to show a document indicating the joint consent of both parents or the guardian when traveling alone or with only one parent during entry and exit from the country, so it is advised that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
