Along the way, we enjoy a pleasant nature trip accompanied by the views autumn offers.
If road and weather conditions permit, one of our first scenic stops is Kapankaya Viewing Terrace.
We look down on Yedigöller's unique geography surrounded by forests, and we take a photo break at this point where we can see all the colors of autumn together.
📸 Panoramic view and photo stop.
After reaching the national park, we begin exploring the beautiful lakes of Yedigöller.
An unforgettable day awaits us with walking paths stretching among the forests, colorful trees reflected on the lake surface, and its pristine nature.
We walk around Büyükgöl, one of the most photographed spots of Yedigöller.
Then we explore Deringöl and Seringöl, photographing the unique autumn landscapes around the lakes.

As our tour continues, we explore the other lakes of the national park.
In particular, the forest texture around Nazlıgöl, its seasonally changing colors and natural atmosphere offer beautiful frames for photography enthusiasts.
Along the hiking route, we also visit the areas where Sazlıgöl, İncegöl and Kurugöl are located.
Water levels in the lakes may vary according to seasonal conditions.
We move on to the waterfall area, one of the most enjoyable stops of our Yedigöller tour.
We take a short walk and a photo break accompanied by the flowing waters and natural beauty within the forest.
Then we visit Dilek Fountain.
We take a meal and rest break in a suitable area within the national park.
Our guests may consume food they bring with them or make use of available facilities at their own expense.
Lunch is not included in the tour price.
After the meal break, we offer free time to enjoy nature, take photos and relax.
After exploring Yedigöller's beautiful lakes, waterfalls and autumn landscapes, we gather at our vehicle at the time set by our guide or tour leader.

D) For day tours, the full tour fee is collected at the time of registration; there is no pre-reservation.
II- CANCELLATION-TRANSFER
1) Even though the Agency has shown all due care, the Agency may cancel or postpone the tour due to failure to form the necessary number of firm registrations required to start or continue the tour, and/or adverse weather conditions, road blockages, strikes, terrorism, fog, war, the possibility of war, unforeseeable technical matters, and all force majeure events. If the consumer cancels the contract 15-7 days before the start of the service, the consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 35% of the tour fee to the Agency, and if cancelled less than 7 days before, the full amount. Date changes made by the consumer are deemed cancellations (date changes are at the company's discretion).
C) In the event of cancellation/transfer of a discounted service, the consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 35% of the service fee to the Agency exactly 15-7 days before the start of the service, and the full service fee if less than 7 days remain.

For packages including flights, the airline cancellation conditions based on the status of the issued flight ticket will apply.
E) Exceptions to the cancellation/transfer clauses are illnesses or deaths of the consumer or their first-degree relatives that prevent their usual activities for 10 days, provided that an official board report obtained from a fully equipped state hospital is submitted in writing before the start of the service.
3) The consumer may transfer the tour to another person, subject to written notice to the Agency up to exactly 7 days before the start of the service. The transferee is jointly responsible with the transferor for the balance and all expenses arising from the transfer.
4) If the consumer does not notify the Agency in writing that they will participate in the service they missed the start of, the Agency has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on the consumer's behalf after 24 hours. No fee refund can be made to the consumer for such cancellations.
5) Where it deems necessary, the Agency may partially or fully cancel tours it has announced or accepted registrations for before the tour starts, provided it notifies the consumer. Within the same period, the Agency may change the hotel names included in the tour, the transportation vehicles and their departure points, and the visit intervals of places indicated in the program as places to be visited.

III- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1) All responsibility regarding baggage and its contents belongs to the owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the vehicle they will travel in and the facility where they will stay.
2) In cases of baggage loss or damage caused by the provider's gross negligence, if the consumer has a loss or damage REPORT drawn up with the provider, then regardless of the material and moral value of the items inside the baggage and other qualities and characteristics, 1/2 of the portion of the total tour price attributable to transportation will be paid by the Agency to the consumer owning the items as material and moral compensation for the lost items and suitcase. The Agency is liable up to the transportation fee of the tour for any loss, damage, or theft of items that were declared in writing with their values.
3) VISA PROCESSES and SERVICES are not included in the purchased service. Upon request, the Agency can assist its guests with visa application procedures for a fee. In visa processes mediated by the Agency, the parties directly involved are the passenger and the consulate, so the Agency is not responsible for any problems that may arise.
4) The Agency is responsible for causes other than force majeure occurring after the start of the service, situations for which the consumer is responsible, and situations arising from the personal responsibilities of third parties. In situations within the Agency's responsibility, the Agency may compensate the consumer for changes detrimental to the consumer by refunding the price or service in accordance with the provisions of the TÜRSAB Kütahya Schedule, and may also offer compensation through additional and/or alternative arrangements not included in the price and provided to the consumer during the tour. Receiving and using additional or substitute services by the consumer eliminates the right to a price refund and compensation.
5) The consumer accepts that they will comply with the rules communicated by the guide, facility, agency, and transportation vehicle authorities for the purchased service; that they will respect the life, property, and peace of third parties; and that otherwise they may not receive the service for just cause and have no right to a refund.
6) If the consumer leaves the service claiming that the performed service is defective, they must notify the Agency representative and the hotel where they are staying in writing, together with the reasons. Otherwise, the consumer is deemed not to have left the tour and is considered to have received and used the service.
7) It is the duty of a good-faith consumer to cooperate and act diligently by notifying the Agency in writing during the performance of the service of any matters they complain about.
8) Consumers who participate in the service subject to the contract without their signature on the contract are deemed to have accepted and undertaken the contract provisions upon reading and signing this contract by the consumers they have authorized to register on their behalf. The Agency reserves its right of recourse to collect any excess amount or service fee paid to the consumers who signed the contract.
9) Pursuant to Article 12 of Law No. 1618, in the case of purchasing a package tour service, situations where the package tour is incomplete or not provided at all are covered by insurance. The scope of coverage equals the package tour fee.
10) For outbound international tours, in accordance with the law, minor children under 18 traveling separately from their mother or father must have a notarized consent letter obtained from the parent not accompanying the child, and must travel with this document.
11) The consumer has the right of withdrawal by submitting a written notice to the Agency within (7) days from the validity of this contract for the performance of the contract's subject service to them or the person they designate, and by delivering the originals of the tour registration forms to the Agency. The service fee will be refunded to the consumer within 10 days of receiving these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations will not be refunded.
12) In calculating compensation payable in cases where the Agency partially or fully fails to comply with the contract, the articles of the TÜRSAB KÜTAHYA SCHEDULE apply.
13) The consumer declares that they have read and have information on all preliminary information regarding the nature of the service subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and performance, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
