GENERAL TERMS
1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If adequate participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full price of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic connecting flights purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, and travel health insurance that have been submitted for visa applications on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded as these services have been utilized, if a visa application has not been made, refunds for visa and travel health insurance will also be made. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independently of the Agency, in the event the tour is canceled by the Agency, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour; the Agency shall not be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the international arrival-departure transfers.

In the event of a cancellation request, it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance, as these conditions may vary based on the cancellation request timeline. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding refunds for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may change by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with commentary from the guide inside the vehicle, not including museum or historical site admissions, for a maximum of 2-3 hours. Some tours may be carried out using public transportation or on foot where road closures or restrictions on vehicle entry exist.

Generally, they are served as a limited selection of continental breakfasts consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.

In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age determination regarding children.
