You can book our tours online through our website, by calling us at our contact numbers, or by visiting our office. Payments can be made online by credit card (securely via Iyzico), by bank transfer/EFT, or in cash/card at our office. Early booking discounts and installment payment options are available for some of our tours.

Our cancellation and refund processes are managed according to the timelines specified in our "Service Agreement" and "Cancellation and Refund Conditions" pages. Generally, cancellations made a certain period before the tour departure date offer a full refund, while last-minute cancellations may incur certain deductions due to prior accommodation and transportation reservations. As MutluTour, we provide departures from central locations, especially for our tours departing from Bolu. For all our domestic and international tours, we offer services accompanied by professional, experienced guides. Services such as transportation, guiding, and mandatory travel insurance specified in our tour programs are included in our package prices. In our tour programs, main services such as transportation, accommodation, and guiding are generally included in the price. However, personal expenses, lunches or dinners not explicitly stated as "included" in the program, entrance fees to museums and historical sites, and extra services at hotels (such as minibar, room service, etc.) are the responsibility of our guests. Yes, we offer discounted price options for our child guests in our tours according to their age groups (generally 0–2 years and 3–12 years). Child discounts are valid on the condition of accommodation with two adults. In addition, we prioritize the comfort of our families in vehicle seating arrangements and hotel accommodations.

For our international tours that require a visa, we provide professional visa consultancy services regarding the preparation of the necessary documents and the application process. The visa fee and service charge are evaluated separately from the tour price. To make the process easier, we provide full support to our guests in terms of appointments and document preparation.

In order for our tours to depart on the planned dates, a minimum participation of 12 people is required for both accommodation tours and day trips. If the number of participants falls below this limit, you will be informed a certain time before the tour departure date (usually 2–3 days in advance), and options such as rescheduling, cancellation, or refund will be offered to you.
