TOUR SALES AGREEMENT

1-) General Terms

The program's executor is the guide. Therefore, in cases where weather conditions, the location of the accommodation hotel, etc. necessitate, the program can be altered during its course, as long as the program is entirely realized. Bolu Mutlu Tourism is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to weather conditions and other force majeure events. Our tours consist of hotel, bus, tour program, museum and ancient site entrance fees, and guiding services as a whole and cannot be considered separately. No refunds will be made for services not used, except for force majeure reasons. For children aged 0-6, bedding may not be provided in hotel accommodations. Child discounts are valid for 1 child accompanied by 2 adults. Seat numbers are not given during the reservation. On tours with accommodations of two nights or more; a rotation will be applied in the seating arrangement inside the vehicle, and our guests participating in the tour are assumed to have purchased the tour knowing that they must comply with this rotation. The hotels specified in the program are priority accommodation facilities. Depending on the popularity of the regions and hotels, changes may be made to the same standard and star category or a higher class hotel. The lunch or break locations specified in the program may also change, provided they maintain the same standards. If a sufficient majority is not reached, the tour will be canceled or transferred to the following week. In such cases, Bolu Mutlu Tourism is obliged to notify its guests in person 2 (two) days in advance.

2-) Tiered Pricing System

A tiered pricing system is applied in our cultural tours. As the reservation quantity within the package tour increases (as the tour occupancy rate rises), prices will gradually increase. In this case, prices cannot be fixed without collecting a prepayment.

3-) Cancellation Guarantee Package

The purchased package tour allows you to cancel without any reason up to 72 hours before the start date. After cancellation, the full amount of the tour fee you paid will be refunded without any deductions, based on your method of payment. The Cancellation Guarantee Package fee is 2000 TL per person for tours with less than 3 nights of accommodation, and 2650 TL per person for tours with 3 nights or more of accommodation. The Cancellation Guarantee Package cannot be added to our Plane, Train, and Ship Transport Tours.

4-) Scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618

Covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason preventing the provision of package tour services. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses.

5-) Licensed Professional Guides

These are qualified individuals who have successfully passed foreign language exams and are trained in courses provided by the Ministry of Tourism or graduated from the Tourism Guidance department of universities in subjects such as History, Geography, Art History, Archaeology, Literature, Religious History, Psychology, etc., and are well-acquainted with the culture, special flavors, places to visit, and sights of the region.
